Timothy Stulman, a native Ohioan, is currently working on his DMA in Contemporary Music at Bowling Green State University under the tutelage of Distinguished Artist Professor Marilyn Shrude and Dr. Mikel Kuehn. He has received numerous honors and awards at both the national and international level, including selection in the international Tribuna Sax-Ensemble’s International Call for Scores, selection in the Cleveland Chamber Symphony call for scores, selection in Electronic Music Midwest festival, and many others (see bio). Among Stulman’s interests are Chinese music, language, and culture (see Chinese Research).
